He, he. No snow tires on this one. It'll keep it's summer slippers on, safely indoors from septemer til april. Unfortunately.

My images of old car wrecks might interest you. Covered last year in Automobile magazine: http://www.bjornland.com/projects5.lasso

Hi Gang,

I'm a "brand new" newbie here. Just got my first 06 Elise (through HRM Mark Starr...great guy) and I got this big a$$ smile I can't whip off

I've owned several Ferrari and Maserati before, but I have to say that the Elise is probably one of my favorite (if not THE FAVORITE) cars.

Anyway, here're a few pics of my new rides (I also just picked up a Ferrari 430)

Look forward to meet someone guys on future runs/trackevents!

Cheers,

John

LOL!
I'm sure that's how I look every time a crowd gathers around the car in a parking lot!

Thanks. However, I'll take the Lotus over the 430 in driving fun factor

I just picked up a 2006 Exige on Friday. It is Solar Yellow. I absolutely am in love with the car. I can stare at it for hours. It is insanely fun to drive. Will post pics in a bit, have to go wash it as it got little leaves or pollen or something on it at the shore.

Finally getting around to posting my Elise. I bougth it at Steve Harris Imports in Sal Lake Cityand I've had it for a month and half. So far I've done 1 PCA track day/drivers ed and 2 autocrosses with it. Looking forward to many, many more with it! Definitely gets a lot of odd looks out here in Montana.

Thumbs up

I've been itching to post to this thread for months. Here is my Elise. I took delivery of it just this morning. I just pulled into the garage! This car follows the same color scheme as my previous street/track car. Red with black interior.

I could not get that smile off of my face all day. I have to keep pinching myself, I cannot believe I own such a great car.

In my opinion - the LSS feels fine on the streets.
