Hey Murix I know that car

Dustin tried to sell it to me before I ordered my 07 but I had to have Laser Blue.

Well I got my car back in Dec but I had a hard time peeling myself out of the drivers seat to take a picture

Here are a few from a Ferrari club sponsored show last weekend.

The new with the old. Had the Fiat 13 years and still drive it almost daily.

I was in good company at the event as the last picture shows.

Two thumbs way up on the whole Lotus experience, its all I expected and more !

Thanks, I love them to death. Chrome looks great with a dark or metallic car. I got my ZR-1 rims for the Camaro SS chromed 9yrs ago and it just sets the car off. And before anyone goes off about it adding weight. I compared my other set to the chrome one's and it's only a pound difference total all four wheels.

It was a beautiful drive back from Memphis to Denver where I stopped at the Colorado state line and snapped my first pictures of my new Elise. It was nice of Colorado to up the speed limit to 75...

Agreed. My wife and I left Colorado and moved to FL. On the way we went to Ohio then New Orleans. Colorado was the only state with 75... Rest of the country needs to catch up

Once you get past Omaha in Nebraska the limit on I80 is 75mph. And alot of WV in 75mph on the hwy either I68 or the other one.

Not really new anymore, but I took some pics of the car on it's maiden drive from St. Louis (where I bought it) to San Angelo, TX (where I lived at the time). The pics are taken somewhere off Rte 277 between San Angelo and Abilene. Was three months ago, but just now got them off the cellphone.

Got our 2007 Elise in May. Had it delivered to the local mall, since the truck would not fit on the twisty roads in my neighborhood. (The roads that are perfect for the Elise!) Bought from South Bay as they were getting out of the new Lotus business. We're very happy with the purchase.

We have been to several car get-togethers since it arrived. Having owned a
'72 Europa TC for 21 years, (sold it in 2001) it's a different experience being a new-model owner. I feel slightly less 'involved' when around owners of the older cars - it's not all that taxing to drive an air-conditioned, modern car. We love the car, though, and feel that the time was right for us to buy.

It's where we got a powerplant from. I'm a fan of them. They just weight 800lbs too much. he he. Do you live in DC? I'm going up to Capital raceway again tonight. Would love to see a exige or another elise, so my supermodel wouldn't get all the atention.
