Congrats and welcome to the Lotus Family!

Remember its "California Edition" instead of "California Special".

And since you are from NJ...do not consider monitors in your headrests as a "must have mod"...please.

I sure like those euro wheels...to bad they are heavier than stock.

actually its a "Limited California Special Edition" elise according to the lotus website (which they just changed... its quite a bit brighter than before)

though "California Special" does remind me of certain mustang

so I will probably just call it my California Elise

and i live in san diego (oddly enough i was actually born in new jersey but never lived there beyond a few months after i was born)

I stand corrected.

The Limited and Special in the title are a bit redundant, though.

There's a HUGE SoCal contingency of Lotus Owners. You are in good company down there.

i think Limited California Special Edition is a bit overkill myself...

i just like having a car that has 90 at the 12 0'clock position on the speedo

Very nice. I like the grey grill with the candy-apple body -- it looks almost cartoonish

They are quite a bit heavier than the LSS wheels, but a bit lighter than the standard wheels.

all the louvers and scoops being red does make the grill stand out more.... and it does improve the smile
