New owner - 2007 Orange Elise - LotusTalk

Hello all...

My wife and I just took delivery of our new (to us) 2007 Elise. I've only had it for one night, but I have to say I'm completely hooked.

I've got a supercharged '01 Viper, and the difference between the two cars is like night and day. Both offer amazing driving experiences, but they are at polar opposites of the spectrum. I'm looking forward to taking it out again tonight to really get some driving time in.

There's another six months of factory warranty left, so I'm going to do research during that time, looking for either a turbo or supercharger setup to get a bit more oomph out of it.

Hi from New Mexico. My '05 ardent red/red Elise is arriving Monday or Tuesday of next week. Can't wait. Love the color and hardtop on your car. I live in fairly warm, dry climate and doubt whether I'll ever need a hardtop, but I must admit they do look nice. Good luck with your car. LT
