New Owner, Sport Elise 48 of 50

Finally after over a year of research and lurking here I finally feel like I can be a real part of the forum. I now own Lotus Sport Elise #48. I know the history behind the car but I love the thing. Drives amazing, looks stunning, everything I hoped to be. J Star Motors in La Habra were great making the sale, and Lockheed Credit union gave me a great rate, after a little arguing. Kevin over and Newport Lotus helped out with info as well. Been driving it around showing it to family and friends. Now here's some pics to show you. Still can't believe that it's finally in my garage.

Driving a Sport Elise means you have psychic powers. "You were wearing jeans when you last drove #48," says swami #14. Have fun.

lol, urban camo cargo pants with a jean cut actually. I love the seats though. Much grippier than the straight leather, and the yellow accents are awesome.

Welcome

I too have a sport elise and a ducati, a streetfighter s. I'm down to 6 motorcycles, after I sold my MV Agusta Brutale 910R yesterday. It was an angry little motorcycle, and will be missed, but didn't get ridden enough to justify keeping it.

Love the sport elise, love Ducati!!!

I think the Duc is a good complement to the Lotus. It's a '99 Super Sport 900, still running great. Behind it is my girlfriend's Aprilia Scarabeo 150 scooter though you can't really see it.
