Wait or buy now?
Hey guys,
I currently drive a 2007 s2000 with quite a few modification done to it...(over 25k) to be exact and I am really considering on selling it to pick up an Exige S240 or S260. I have been told that a new generation Exige will be released in 2011. Should I just wait a little longer or purchase now? |

for a dissenting opionion - I would buy a used NA elise or exige now, add an aftermarket supercharger of your choice (you sound comfortable with mods) and have a car with more power for substantially less money - unless you just have to have a new car. In any event I would get one now, more time to enjoy it and the variation in styling on the new models is arguably less attractive.

go for it!
in any case you wouldn't last long without mods(on my own example. even thou i am always for stock setup especially in elise case, since lotus guys know what are they doing, but still went for quite few mods).... )) so why spend more and wait more? |

Some whacky dude here in the states made his own "Scura" two years ago ( or was it three?). I guess Lotus liked it. ![]()

Buy used; get one now. Decent pricing. Enjoy one while you can. Used is a great way to go with these cars because unlike so many brands there are many 'like new' well cared for examples. People that own these cars are enthusiasts and treat their cars like babies (general speaking).
