UPDATE: We finished 17'th out of 102 cars!
for our freshman effort we couldn't be happier

Over the past four months a group of So Cal Lotus owners and myself been prepping a 1986 BWM 325E
for this weekends 24 hours lemons, Goin' for Broken at Reno-Fernley Raceway. Allow me to introduce

Team Formula BMW will be there as well for its 5th Lemons race. We will be getting there on Friday morning in the "Pink Pig" themed E30 (Der Trüffel-Jäger von Zuffenhausen (by The Racing Geek))

BTW I recommend you pit next to another E30 team if possible - that will make your life a lot easier when (not if

) something breaks. You are more than welcome to pit alongside us.

That looks great! Maybe too great. Get ready for some penalities before you start for looking too fast. I'd be worried they would institute the "we are buying it for $500" clause.
