Anyone know this 05 yellow Elise in AL?
Here's the Ebay auction...
Here's a Autocheck summary... AutoCheck Vehicle History Reports: VIN Check, Your Report The car does NOT have a salvage title but it does say it's had a minor frontal accident...hmmm. He's had this car for sale a while now. It looks like someone in North Carolina used to own the car...anyone on here??? Here's the VIN... SCCPC11175HL34973 Any info is greatly appreciated since I'm very interested in buying but a little concerned with it's history. Thanks in advance! |

there are 05's will equal or less miles going for anywhere from 25-30k... depending on the accident and what was repaired, I wouldnt pay more then 20k...no sport pack, no hard top and a history...not something that you should get involved in if you dont have too...
Also, a minor frontal accident can be 10-15k worth of repair, mine was 13k for a low speed accident.. Here are a few for sale on here that dont have bad history and are priced the same as the one you are looking at...they have many upgrades also... FS: 2005 Arctic Silver Elise -- SoCal Chrome Orange 2005 Lotus Elise Mint Condition - $27500 2005 AR Elise, tons of extras,$27k FS: 2005 ARGENT RED ELISE $26.5K CA.CAR |

![]() Those other cars you suggest do look very nice but they are all colors I'm not interested in (I know I'm picky) and they are all far away from Nashville. Find me a white or yellow one fairly close to Nashville for same price and I'm in! thanks for your help though... |

they were more for examples of what you can get for the same price.... I would wait until you find the right car.. Dont worry about location too much as tons of people on here buy from the other coast...its better then settling on a car... keep track of for sale section for a few weeks, im sure something better then the ebay one will pop up.

But occasionally that $1K turns into $10K and a huge drawn out insurance hassle because of shipping damage to your antique car. Ask me how I know.

Call me old fashion, but I like to see and drive a car in person before buying it. But I will not over pay 5 or 6k even for a local car...I'll move on to the next if that's the case. For instance, the exact car I want to buy is for sale locally in Nashville 5 miles from my house. A 2005 saffron yellow Elise and they are asking $32,000! It has no options except touring pack and doesn't even have starshield. To me that is way to high and they will not come off the price, so guess what...I moved on.
