I offered $1.63, it was declined

Reported to eBay with link to this thread. I believe this guy is misrepresenting the item being sold. If he replaced the whole chassis of the car, you'd think he would document it. Who would buy a salvage titled car without the whole story.

I hope no one believes these "my drivers side mirror fell off and a large bird of prey put scratches on my roof" stories.
