Advanced Search Question - LotusTalk

I usually like to search for my own name, it typically shows me the latest posts within the threads I was contributing to, but all of a sudden, it comes up empty. Any idea why? It says I don't exist!

Can't explain why it didn't work - but an easier way to do it from any thread you are viewing. Click on your name in the "Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread" box at the bottom of the page which opens your profile - on that page is a "find all posts by user" option

What happens if you click on your name (immediately above your avatar in the thread)? You should get a new menu which includes "Find more posts by davecarama"

I looked into your user profile and there doesn't seem to be anything odd there

- now beyond the scope of my authority so will have to call in the big guns

I can do that. But the list/view is different from if I did it using the search.

Just curious, since it just started happening. Did you guys upgrade recently? I am also seeing some different things (ot I simply didn't notice them before) like a welcome sign on the upper left when I go to the site.

Anyway, I am sure it is no biggy, just something I thought was very odd.

Never mind, I figured it out.

you have options to:
Search Forums
Google Search
Gallery Search

The order changed on my browser for some reason, and I was doing a gallery search when I thought I was hitting the same one where the forum search was.

Duhh. I have been RETARDED lately.
