How to post a How-To thread

I have finally completed the long process of buying an Federal Elise and importing and registering it in the EU

I'd like to write a post in the forum detailing how it was done, with information about everything from how to get a car shipped to which modifications are needed to allow EU certification.

Any suggestions on in which forum I should put this post? It's not quite a technical article, but it does have many technical details as well. Also does the thread name need to be prefaced liked with "HOWTO: " or something?

The Uberthread is a possibility. Currently it is located in the 'Hi, I'm new here' forum......but later today we are going to also post links to it in the 'General Discussions' and 'Maintenance and Repairs' forums also.

I think I'll make a separate new thread so I can embed pictures and I think also my post will be quite lengthy, so I'll break it up into separate threds in the post. It can then be linked to from the Uberthread.

Which forum shoudl I post it in? It's not entirely mechanical or about modifications, but there is some information about that also.
