google tracker? something is loading the homepage to the forum very slowly

It's been really bad since the new banners ads and stuff started to appear. Almost impossible to go to this site from my iphone.

Ad Block Pro. it's a plugin for firefox, turned on the site loads perfectly for me.

yeah weird I've got everything turned off, ads, scripting...seems fine now but earlier part of the day something was funkay

Did a little analysis: Wow, look at the scrips dragging these pages down. I'm not against ads, but when they choke a page that can load in 2.5 seconds to 6.5, there is a large content to noise ratio there.

Maybe the webmaster can research the advert providers, maybe they are having a bandwidth problem?
