First time driving the Noble

I was fortunate to be able to drive the Noble at a local autocross practice this last weekend. Now granted my Exise is NA, but WOW! That is one fast car. I was just telling someone that I got into autocrossing because of the huge adrenaline rush that you got and now I don't get that feeling anymore. Well I sure got it when the twin turbos kicked in HOLY CRAP I think my eye balls were looked like this did I say this car is fast yet. The craziest thing was the fact that I expected the car to feel big compared to the Lotus and it really wasn't and it handled just as well. To Slaughter and Bigwilly and all the Noble owners on this board congrats you guys have got an amazing ride.

Thanks Randy!

cheers,
Jacob

Keep in mind that Jacob ran the Noble in "valet mode" which is about 325hp.

Is there a scared little school girl mode I could use?

It really is unreal. I'm convinced that my Rossion actually folds space.

That's kind of the sensation that I got. I was in one spot then the turbos kicked in and I was in another. The space in between was just a blur.

Autocrossing the car means you are often in "HOLY CRAP!" mode of driving. The corners come up so fast and it is very hard to stay ahead of the car. You often are playing catch up.

It sure was exciting! I'd have to really start practicing looking ahead to slow the cones down.

Took a ride in "Predator" last Friday (one of Rossion's pre-production Q1's). That was exactly how it felt, like a time warp. I'm sold, now where did I put that $100k...

It was awesome to see you guys throwing it around that Friday...gotta say though that Robert made it look so easy - it's just his driving style. He's always been such a smooth driver.

Great to see you all again !

Randy,
After it's assembled, registered, etc what is the END cost when it finally is drivable and all the hiccups are ironed out? (base model)

Hey Robert,

The first 20 cars have mostly taken care of all the hiccups... any you might encounter will be proprietary to just your car, but I wouldn't really expect much anymore.

After it's all said and done, probably $100K smack on, and if you add all the options, probably around $110-$113K (not including your local tax). Don't quote me on this though, as the pricing is changing quickly due to increasing number of orders, and they are only producing 48 to the U.S. per year, so they have to respond to demand, etc. They will definitely get sales in gear as the economy betters, especially in the next 3 weeks, when it makes it's big debut in a VERY popular magazine!

I would say that is pretty close. Expect to pay $100-110k not including sales tax. That is assembled and ready to go. Range is due to options such as paint, stripes, wing, navigation.

You can get a good used Noble for $60-70k.
