Will those work with the LSS and AO48's?
How's the effect on lap times?

If I die, my biggest fear is that my wife sells all my toys for the price I told her I bought them for...

From the Lotus Manual:

Tyre Chains

Snow chains may by used in extreme conditions only in conjunction with winter tyres (see above) and fitted only on the rear wheels. Lotus approves the fitment of Pewag FX 67 S Ring-Super-X snow chains, available under Lotus part number A100G6011F. Close attention should be paid to the fitting and tensioning instructions supplied with the chains, and an appropriate driving style adopted. The chains should be removed
as soon as road conditions allow.

Tire chains are not allowed any more in Ontario.

But I could see how they would be useful.
