I assume this one is strickly electrical. Wouldn't this actually take away Hp?

I remember Consumer Reports did a quick article on products like these a few months back...they noted no measurable differences in the two or three cars they tried it in.

I really liked the Vortex kit that use to be advertised on TV. It created a tornado on your intake to increase Hp and gas milage. At least that one didn't use any power.
