Cylinder head cover questions

I've decided to get my cylinder head cover, or valve cover, powdercoated like the one offered by FF only to match the car color. I searched some other forums and tsbs but came up dry on a few questions:

Anyone have the toyo p/n for the gasket ?

How is the baffle pan removed ? Any other stuff attached that would need to be removed for the powdercoating process ?

Anyone have a removal/install procedure ?

hints/suggestions ?

Thank you !

Removal of the cam cover is straighforward. The gasket is a rubber "O"-ring and can be reused (clean first). There is an oil spray rail that is bolted-in, easy to remove.

If you powercoat you'll have to retap the thread holes. Hose fittings will also need to be pulled. Powercoating the inside may help return oil to the sump. I'd avoid powercoating the surfaces in contact with the head.

In my case I pulled the cover, sanded down the "texturing", cut off some un-needed posts (used by Toyota to hold whatever) and then painted it.
