The sequel is almost as good as the original thread. It should have been canned a long time ago.

Very sorry things came to this on an "open forum"
Also, very funny that "legal counsel" advised you to shut it down right after Jays post.
I for one would like to know what Jays last post said. If anyone knows can you please email it to me at drbialik@drbialik.com

Hass Emanage Recall..

You can forget about posting anything "true but negative" on that one as well. They 86'd my post asking when he was going to recall the rest of the crap he's put out.
Man, I knew something was wrong when I woke up this AM....I'm in Nazi Germany (or current day China).

Get real. Your post was off topic for the thread in question, and came right after my post to that particular thread asking people to stick on topic and not turn it into a rehash of the thread that got moved. THAT is why your post was nuked.

As Randy said, legal counsel requested it. Since legal counsel is now involved, I can say nothing more than that about it; you would need to talk to Randy if you want to know more details.

Hey, I just asked when he was going to recall the rest of his crap. Since it was a "recall" notice thread....how is that off topic?

LOOK...

I am trying to keep from getting too pissed about this. [serenity now]

The last thing I need now is to get involved in this squabble. It has nothing to do with me (unless or until some of the conspiracy minded, aluminum hat wearers decide it must). I don't have any connection to either Scotty or Hass or anyone else involved. But if it my forum, so that is the deal. And as such, I have some involvement in the media.

You guys can go dick wrestle all you want. But when lawyers get involved, I want out of it. I think that is a very reasonable thing. You both have threatened legal action. Well then follow up on it and have your people call their people and be done with it.

In the meantime, one of the parties legal team has contacted me and asked that I archive the thread, which I have done. If anyone else's legal team needs a copy of that thread, I would be just as willing to supply it.

I really do not have more time than this at this point to debate this.

Hey Randy,
I sent you a message (doubt that you have had the time to read them).
I will need access to that thread...please respond via email or PM as to how this needs to be conducted.

Many thanks

his board. his rules. quit crying and try to do something constructive for the general lotus community, or do this face to face like men.

b.t.w.randy thanks for stopping the madness.

Come on!

Well it IS removed from public view and only visible to a tiny group controlled by Randy. That IS removed or deleted from this forum in effect. To claim otherwise is pathetic and weak.

Come on...The thread should have been removed after the first salvo. Randy has the right to publish what ever he pleases. I'd have removed it the minute the word "slander" was raised early on.

I have to tip my hat to Randy for leaving it on for our entertainment as long as he did. I'd be curious if any other thread attracted so many readers and posts in the same period of time.

I think remarkable restraint was exercised by the moderators. I would have shut things down long before. The legal threats, name calling, and sophmoric behavior have no place on this forum.

I for one am sorry it was removed. I dont think Elisetalk would be liable in any way, shape or form. I am not a lawyer however.

What is does do is freeze this at this point in time. We will never know the outcome. As far as we know.....this was not settled. Does not leave a good taste in an Elise owners mouth...if he wants a turbo.

It is for information like this that the forums exsist. I WANT to know what vendors are reliable and which ones are not.

But..again...I am not a lawyer.

Some of that is not just lately. Stan has been insisting on frankly bizarre stuff for some time. I have had enough of it also, so I expect he will go somewhere else where they don't have such rigid censorship.

Oh wait.. he insists on reminding us at every opportunity of his displeasure.

That is just his latest excuse in a long history of excuses for his gross incompetence.

What kind of service to the community at large is there if true facts are hidden/covered up?

Mr. Hass knew this was going to be a public forum event from the moment I dropped the car off. He has benefited from the good. It is only fair that he should also share in the bad. It was his risk when he accepted the job and decided to post.
