I came to know of Hass Turbo on this site (ET). I began reading the post that Jay and others had made on the site and I made an informed decision to send my car to Hass in Dec 2005.
Jay well demonstrated (advertised) his kit online with ET and I believe he orginally "released" it to the public market for sale on ET (did anyone see it advertised anywhere else, besides Hass site?).

There are people (members) who have problems and concerns with the work that Hass Turbo is doing (concerns of safety and reliability) as well as monetary grievances. You have now denied the members (and others) the privelege of viewing these discussions, which became heated and personal due to the nature of what was at stake (personal safety, financial losses and reputation). However, you have chosen to allow Hass Turbo to continue "pumping" there services on the ET website.

I believe that anything less than "closing it all (or) letting it all stand" would be irresponsible. I don't know who advised you (general counsel or not) that you had more liability keeping it open than you did by closing it down....but I would ask that you take a second look at that opion (legal or moral).

I certainly do wish that Scotty had written that thread before I sent my car in !!

I have been on this site a while now, and have yet to figure out how to post a new thread. Specifically, I was wondering if any EliseTalk members have installed a DC Header with a stock exhaust. Is it worth the trouble?
