Oil pan and clutch

is there any reason why the morso oil pan wouldnt fit on my car cause i upgraded to a racing clutch, would any fabrication be nescessary

There's a cover over an exposed part of some gear(or is that the flywheel?) that people often/always remove when using a moroso pan.
