So i need to take off my stock intercooler to match the colour. Anyone know how to remove the original black colour from the stock intercooler

Yah, get an RLS Intercooler!

The stock intercooler appears to be either painted or e-coated, but is definitely not anodized... so, I'm not sure.

The trouble is the ECU will re-learn and don't have much PH increase. Correct me if I am wrong. Plus we don't have Charlix in HK.

Since still under warrenty

, I don't want to touch the compression nor the ECU.

The RLS Intercooler is more efficient and less restrictive... requires no ECU tuning. ECU tuning may provide more gains than the intercooler swap alone, but it is not necessary. RLS Intercoolers are all around the world from Hong Kong to California, from Australia to France, from the UK to Hawaii... most of them on the stock ECU.

This is not focus issue, it is deepth of field & it is depended on AV setting and lenses design.....

In this case I want the fins in blue and the housing in red

Yah, I know, I was being lazy by saying it was a focus issue.

The lens is a Canon 70-200 f/2.8L IS, and I was standing only about a meter from the tubes... not exactly the proper way to use the lens.

Very please with the look. So the next step is going to anodize the intercooler and add a AL gold plated heat sheild.

I am 180lbs 5'7", so if I can loose 15 to 20lbs then this will be the lift time mod for all my cars

Any update on the dual colour anodizing and the AL heat shield?

I guess when the innter cooler is off then we will have time to measure the size for the AL heat shield plate's shape.

Most colors are back in stock. Clear anodized, gunmetal gray anodized and black anodized are ready to ship.
