Simple clutch and flywheel questions

Thinking of changing out the clutch and the flywheel. Just have some simple questions. Thanks for helping......

1. Do all clutches and flywheels which fit the 05 celica GT-S transmission will also fit the lotus elise/exige?

2. Anything else will need to or better be changed with the clutch and the flywheel together?

1a. If it is for the GTS manual transmission, there should be no problem.
2a. Not that I can think of.

you will need new bolts.. buy ARP bolts.. cheaper than OEM and reuseable..

clutches are HIGHLY interchangeable within toyotas.. 4age use the same clutch..
