Be careful how you tighten it. Early '05s had oil cooler failures due to improper tightening at the factory. Apparently, they were applying force to just the oil line fitting and relying on the oil cooler to take the stress. Eventually the stress resulted in failure of many of the oil cooler side fitting. Mine was one of them.

Correct, I need to somehow get 2 open end wrenches up there, and I would like to know if its possible without removing the clam. I know they make wrenches with a pivot near the end, but I'm still not sure that's going to do the trick. I'm hoping someone out there has solved this problem already.
