Larini Silenced Decat flange holes are not matching up with my stock 05 Toyota manifold holes. Still waiting on communication back from shipper, but does anyone know of any fabrication fixes for this? Even been considering welding on flange from old cat pipe. Any help appreciated, I am new to exhaust.
I have that same mid-pipe, and mine fit ok. It looks to me like you just need to rotate the pipe up a bit by lifting the mid-pipe at the u-bend to get the upper bolt started, then rotate it back down to get the lower bolt started. This assumes that it's not connected to your muffler already (that your muffler off).
Nothing worked.. The bolts are struggling too much and I don't want to strip anything. Heres a picture of the old cat-pipe and new cat-pipe head to head so you can see the difference! oh and BTW, did you slide a gasket in? old size wont fit. Sorry pictures keep being sideways lol.
yeah I'm irritated. but ill prob just swap the flanges
