It will be different flat on different coast. Mine is pure black paint and Elise has no gloss paint accents

BTW ... Alan probably can tell you more about paint but I have noticed that clear which you use is scratch resistant

Would it be possible to do a multi-stage paint job that would change colors..kind of like what this looks like right now? I'm assuming the color effect on the car in this picture is from the lighting in the environment.

That would be interesting, but not sure it's possible. That effect on the side of the car came from neon signs reflecting off the clear coat, plus, and you'd have to ask Luke, (swistun) but I think he was using a filter of some sort.

Is Jamie's the metallic yellow with the yellow ghost stripe? I saw that one down at DentWerks last week.

its possible to get that effect in paint, mustangs have it, i have a laptop with the same paint scheme, the paint is fairly expensive.

I use HOK, so i'd recommend their kameleon opal or peal, or the kolor shift flakes they're blinging.

Here is my car in it's new yellow. Btw this was taken from a cell phone on a cloudy day. I'll have some higher quality pictures posted in a bit when i go back to DentWerks. The black Exige S is Julio's from DentWerks he will also change his color as well, he will be doing something really special. I couldn't be happier with their work and the finish product, 101% happy!

Let me know what you think!

What has been the average cost of these higher end paint jobs? $5k? $8k? I have no idea, so I'm just tossing out numbers. lol

The new colors look great. I probably couldn't see myself doing it unless I got into an accident where clam(s) had to get replaced. But, oh the possibilities with all the colors out there!
