Bullet holed V6 Exige in car chase in Red 2

Did a search, didn't get a hit on red2 so posting...

Just saw the new Red 2 movie trailer. There's a car chase in it involving a blue v6 Exige. Goes under a semi. Something I've pondered in my Elise but don't have the guts to ever try.

The RED 2 Trailer is Here! - ComingSoon.net

Note the bullet holes across the front of the Exige. I can see the board discussion now ... if bullet holes require you to replace your crash structure or not.

Not impressed! I get the opportunity to do that every day on my DD on the 101!

Chrome Evoras are in the new movie "The Host", based on a book by Stephanie Meyer, who wrote the "Twilight" series.

Is this CGI? Didn't the first cars only roll off the line a few weeks ago? I don't remember seeing this color car in any of the earlier photos or on display.

Actually, they wouldn't have to be lifted all that much for an elise to fit under. I actually measured my car then one of our delivery trucks right next to it. The trailer was 2" too short to fit under.

Sounds like it's time to get them to park on a couple boards and get a few pics underneath

Impressed as to the excellent condition Helen Mirren appears to still be in.
