Hi Max!
I will get the quote for shipping to Italy today and will let you know how much it is. Here is a link to a thread where I strapped a camera to the bracket for a track day at PIR. Video of me at PIR - critics welcome The camera was light and the bracket did not have any additional reinforcements. Judge yourself it this would be acceptable for you and let me know. Steve

sincerely seeing your movie i have to admit the camera's result is little dangling, but you wrote you strapped the camera and probably fixing the same camera with proper screw or in better way maybe the result could be better.
and more, my camera has stabilizer image function, and i really must trust in this function :-) anyway once i will have the bracket in my hands i will find a good way to fix it in the best way without vibrations. Max |

Ehy Steve... the package is just arrived this morning.
the bracket is perfectly ok, color black, and instruction too. today is friday and tomorrow saturday i will try to load it, eventually i will shot some pictures. i have to thank you so much Steve, so one of your brackets will be soon loaded in an italian Lotus .i had to pay extra $. 18,00 for an idiot italian tax requested for every item who cames out of europe, but never mind. now i have to find a nice screw to fix in fast time the camcorder, but this is not a problem. thank you Steve. I was wondering how that would work with the VAT when you ship parts to Europe. But now that you mentioned it I remembered that about 15 years ago I had someone send me something from the US to Germany. And back then the post office wouldn't give me the package until I paid the VAT... Anyways, I'm glad the bracket arrived. Post some pictures once you are done with the install. It would also be interesting to see what you come up with to reinforce the bracket in case you decide to do that... Steve
