Exige splitter/wing removal

I'm curious if anyone has removed the splitter and wing to see what effect their added drag has on top speed. My 07 S pulls well up to about 130 mph, then seems to hit an aero wall. (No, I don't do this on public roads--I'm talking about track driving.) It would be interesting to see what the speed/stability trade off is both with as without the wings.

Give it a try. The downforce is supposed to be THE advantage of the Exige shape, and the splitter, roof feeding air over the wing, and wing provide a considerable amount more downforce than without.
