Final TFR look and products for 2017

Here's a final of what to expect from us this year for the Exige platform. As expected we've been invited by two exotic manufacturers to work with them so the design for Lotus will slowly taper down.

Our build is already in progress - setting new standards globally.

**Indicators and running lights are displayed here along with our diffuser and side aero treatment.

Yes we design and build our products from the ground-up rather than using factory components. There are others that I'm sure you will see that attempt to replicate but fall short due to poor aesthetics and lack of respect.

Whoa congrats! As OEM or aftermarket suppliers? Either way that's seriously cool.

Will production or stocking of your existing items continue?

It's always an intriguing question and we've received quite a few through FB and IG. As the price of Elise' and Exige's continues to drop in the US there may still be a market for aftermarket parts - so we'll continue to offer items such as mirrors and rear lamps on a limited scale.

We've never been in the business of offering OEM parts or selling the same parts that XYZ is offering - that's pointless and let's admit 99% of the vendors here are just reaching to China for those - ours are unique and proudly designed and fabricated in the USA by a Brit.

Do you have a pic of the lights in full sunlight / dead on non-illuminated.

Yes, we'll get one of the cars out this week and take full on photos.

We should add now that we don't require core exchanges since our units are designed and fabricated from the ground-up - in simple terms you still have your expensive factory housings in-tact.

What happened to the idea of the manual window crank that looks like your turn signal stalk?

Not interested in producing those - as mentioned if they're already available it's not in our plan.

I like that you are doing some different things instead of just producing clones. If you are moving on then it is a moot point, but...

One of the ideas I had is clear side marker LEDs that are flush with the fender instead of sticking out so far.

That or an aluminum wrinkle finish engine cover that actually looks good a la Lamborghini (meaning conceptual style, since it's a longitudinal engine).

Something for the Elise's to replace the fins to either side of the tail lights. Maybe something similar to the side scoops on the new Elises with one wing, or mesh.

Also LED driving lights that are a ring so air passes through the middle.

Even if you don't do any of these, it's been great to see your passion and dedication. I'll be buying your taillights and hunt you down when I snag a Huracan.

Kevin, thanks for the positive words

We're not leaving you guys entirely just planning to slow down a little and jump into two other marques, we received an invite to Daytona Raceway next month for an event and to speak with some decision makers so fingers crossed it all goes accordingly.

It's interesting you mentioned the side markers, we already did a prototype that sits more flush with the side, you'll catch a sneak of that this week

The immediate plans are to wrap up the rear LEDs for the Exige/Elise and Evora and finish up a first functional prototype of the TFR Evora mirrors.

There will definitely be a front LED solution to match our rear lamps - that's already in design...

All the ideas mentioned are fairly easy to do - you'll see some very innovative products this year - just brace yourselves.
