Someone mentioned using "in car" view. Wondering how many others use "in car" view? I've always used behind-the-car, but may try to start using in car.
The cockpit view feels more realistic even though you can't see as much.

The cockpit view is adjustable; go into the multiscreen setup and select:

multiscreen on
mode host
channel 0
view center
degrees hidden 0
degrees between screens 62 (you can play with this, but many people think 62 is ideal)

Also, for those of you with G25 setups, you can use your G25 pedals with the microsoft wheel:
Forzamotorsport.net Forums - HOW TO: G25 Pedals with MS Wheel!

Finally, I'd be interest in racing as time permits. I'm already having fun with a Spec Miata group, it would be nice to drive the Elise as well. I'm Spiritmist on XBL.

I stayed up into the wee hours of the night last night to save for an Evora. I will release a build spec sheet very similar to the #124 Evora in anticipation for our first "race".

Count me in as well gamertag= Thirteendog

I haven't had a difficult time finding people who race cleanly. Last night I had a blast with the people I raced with. Granted I did have one guy that spun me 3 races in a row, but he quickly left after I gave him a taiste of his own medicine.

LOL 1st post too

Here is an update.

There has been a lot of interest in driving together but I would like to setup a dedicated group of drivers to drive specifically on Sunday a little more seriously. People interested in this extra commitement should visit the website and subscribe to the RSS feed.
Perfection Racing Team – Forza 3 RSS Feed.

Start honing your skills with a stock Lotus Elise for some really close racing.

The Perfection Racing Team will be practicing/racing together on Sunday nights, starting around 5PM. The vehicle will be a stock Lotus Elise.

The race/practices will be held via private invite only. Since there is only room for eight drivers per race we may need to have an additional room administrated by a yet unselected volunteer. If you are interested in handling any overflow please let me know. My email is perfection.racing.fm3@gmail.com.

If you are interested in low assist, damage on, racing, say so below. I need to know if you want to participate in some serious races.

My gamer tag is Thomhend, friend me if you would like to play. I also suggest friending everyone else so you can race together in the off time as well.

We will only tolerate the pursuit of good racing. No intentional aggressive racing allowed. Drivers who continually crash into other drivers will be removed. If you wreck someone all you need to do is apologize and let them ahead of you on the track.

In the future I anticipate putting together a Class A Evora GT series. I suggest building and tuning the car in advance to the series starting.

Good luck!

Forza 3 is not available for PC. I've heard really good things about iRacing.com though.

I like

GTR2
GTR EVO
GT Legends (vintage 60's cars)
Race07

iRacing (expensive) monthly subcription

rFactor

Formula 1 Championship 99-02 (lots of mods to race different cars) hard to find, out of print. I had to get a Chinese version.

Need for Speed can be fun on the PC, but it isn't as realistic (all cars feel like boats) Graphics are really good.

Count me in too! I'm waiting for my copy to get here, it might be another week

Does anyone know if you can enable the look into turn option that GTR2 has (if memory serves me correctly). In place of having a multi-monitor (and multi xbox, and multi game copy) setup, being able to look into the turns really helps, especially if you need to adjust your line mid-turn and you don't feel like you're driving in a cave, it's the next best thing to peripheral vision.
