Help! Instrument cluster not working - RPM/MPH stuck and no lights

RPM stuck around 3000, MPH stuck around 20 - Doesn't light up and it seems the HVAC panel doesn't light up either.....

Any idea what i can do to fix it? This is a 08 S240.

Thanks

Unplug battery wait a few minutes and plug back in. Has happened once and that fixed it...or fuse?
