I always got a quick response, but that was before racing season.

I admit to loving my 300 blower.

They stay in business because they are the best, and once you visit the facility and speak to Phil, you won't want to go anywhere else...ever. But like all small businesses, they do have their quirks (like slow response on email at times). I recommend that you call, or visit, you won't be disappointed.

No, I don't work at BOE, but I damn sure wish I did.

Bought a full set of brakes and pads for 2 cars on Wed evening, shipped Thurs with a tracking #.
No complaints. I guess it depends on what your looking for?

All of their products are designed and tested in house and Phil is very specific about what he wants.

Like Zero and Visual Echos said........they're the best!

Stay Tuned.....

@Mr Coughy It's a small business, so customer support for new projects (and especially responding to loads of email inquiries) falls second to active projects. They are hiring a new position according to FB.

They responded to my emails same day. They have my ecu for tuning right now. Maybe they're busy with that?

Try Andrew Moreau - bud@boefabrication.com
I have had no problems getting a reply from Andrew ...and he usually chases up Phil with a prompt as well if required !!

Yeah, you might not always get ahold of "Mayor McCheese" (look it up) but you don't necessarily need to. Phil is a busy guy and is found posting here at very late hours considering he's based in Kansas.

I suggest picking up the phone and calling or sending another email if they don't respond in a day or two. It's also very possible your emails are ending up in spam. Just another possibility. Overall, I don't know anyone who has done business with BOE and not been thoroughly pleased with them. They're fantastic to work with, ping 'em again! It's not rude...

They stay in business based on quality of their craftsmanship.

The drawback to their being so popular is that they are often very busy. From the time I reached out to them to the time I got my car back was about 7 months! So I understand the "turn off"; I had some doubts myself at times. I figure that for every person that is in "take my money mode" there are how many more that are not going to spend money and still want Q&A time? Maybe it is difficult to determine who is serious and who is not when you have a customer base that is heavily internet sourced.

I also consider that a mechanic's garage is obviously not an office job, and so expect emails and phone calls to be a lower priority than turning wrenches.

It took some time and money, but my car left BOE with 400hp and has been very reliable as well. At the end of the day, phone calls or email response times are not what I cared about most. The things I cared about most have been outstanding.

Just keep pushing to them.

They can sometimes be bad on email response and other times you may get faster emails response but they are not scammers.

They are the no.1 shop for our Lotus right now.

They probably have some others priority on their to do list.

I know it can be frustrating but it is what it is.
