I got hated on...

Just need to vent...

Got all 4 of my tires slashed

Car is lowered, so it was impossible to tow... luckily I had a friend that lived `1 mile away and just drove it there to keep for the night.

But man I hope whoever did it dies a slow death, and I mean it

It's a shame that I can't park my car and not worry about it, this is starting to feel like my DC type R

For those who want to know... santa ana, CA at a public parking garage (and I parked on the 3rd floor where there was only 2 other cars)

Hard to understand why people do scum bag things like that or no reason.

Envy. One of the seven deadly sins. And if I saw someone doing that to my car, they would certainly be dead. Not really, I would pity them and buy myself a new set of tires.

If you find out, give him a punch for me.

That sucks. Another pointless act of destruction by a pathetic loser.

Did you drive to your friend's house on the slashed tires?

+100 and not just in the garage but up and down the street. Does the garage dispense tickets, do they have a license plate cam, you could try to figure out when it happened. If all 4 tires are ruined does that constitute a felony amount of damage ? And did you call the cops ?

Sorry to hear about this ,that is horrible and it scares me to think there are people out there that are that primitive and mean ! On the plus side I guess you can be thankful no body or paint damage, new tires are an easy and quick fix ....

Someone needs to market a 360 degree camera that can monitor your car from the car itself while you're not there.

Jealous little good for nothing, got nothing better to do punks. I hope they cut their hands on the blade. If they spent half the time working as they spent wandering around, they might actually start contributing in a meaningful way to the country they call home.

Sorry about your tires getting ruined, that hits a raw nerve with me. Karma will get them someday.

Statistically, people that do this type of stuff, don't live very long anyway - rarely make it beyond their 20's (often killed by other "bad boys").

I live in a nice area and my neighbor is a cop and frequently parks his patrol car in front, but his daughter's car was broken into right next to his cop car. We even have what is suspected to be a crack house (rental home) in our block and the cop's wife was threatened by a three guys in the house. The scum of the earth today have zero fear of cops and zero fear of security camera's or alarms or anything other than an automatic weapon.

I'm not pro "gun" either but it seems the police are more intent on catching speeders (50 in 35 type) rather than really going after the scum, I guess speeders are easy target revenues with low risk to themselves. Statistically drunk drivers and cell phone users are primary causes of fatal accidents, yet I've never seen a cop pull over a cell phone user nor a drunk driver yet (hard to tell the difference sometimes), haven't seen any DUI checkpoints in years. Wish I had a little more say in police priorities.

Sorry about your misfortune, reminds me why I don't park my car anywhere other than at the track.

Rob

I'm grateful you weren't hurt, and I'm sorry your car was damaged.

Better the tires than the body work or you...

I feel badly for the person(s) that did that to your car. They're obviously in a bad mental place and this will come back to them on top of it.

I feel as if you guys need to put signs on your cars that say
"It's only 30K, there's no need to feel jealous and break it".
That seems like the number 1 reason for it anyway.

Or get like, a paintball turret.

Santa Ana, is not somewhere you want to park a 'nice' car unattended; especially a 'look at me' neon green one...lesson learned
