Has the OP considered some mood lighting? Perhaps under the car or maybe the engine bay, footwells etc.

You're car, you can do whatever you like. Just don't act shocked because a huge % of members here are basically calling you an idiot for doing this after you created a thread asking for opinions. You might find a group of folks that think it's cool, but my guess is none of them are Lotus owners.
My opinion on your "mod": Stupid, dumb, pointless, gay and lame. Enjoy it to it's fullest.

Lotus should be allowed to repo cars from owners like this.
OMG, I feel sick inside.

Putting headrest TV's in an Elise is like putting clown whore makeup on a hot chick. That makeup does a bit of good for the truck stop chicks, but it only ruins the hot chick. Same thing with your TV's.
Save 'em for the 94 Civic you'll be getting when the bank takes back it's Elise.

That set up is no good unless you have tivo installed (dual tivos, one for each screen).
by the way, i hope you got LCD over Plasma screens... so much lighter which will help when you are tracking it! |

Why would I care or be surprised if a young man decides to add a little flash to an already flashy car? I don't.
Mikemo, have fun with it!
