Ummm.. am I the only one who thinks this is some incredibly idiotic and dangerous driving? They're all over the centerline, and making some very close-call passes. Note to self- stay off the road when those guys are around.

It's an open public road. 'nuff said.

EDIT: In case there's confusion, I'm not referring to the Australian track video. That was wild and some great driving.

O...I'm sorry. I'm still in shock from the other video from down under. I thought you were talking about that video. My apologies. I didn't even look at the video that you were talking about.

Taking foot out of mouth now...

The road to Stelivio Pass in Europe is known for gathering fast chaps in order to finally meet at the top of the mountain (2.800m!)
One of the most demanding climb!
Considering that things are in a smaller scale in Europe, the guys have managed to adjust their fast driving in smaller, tighter roads and gaps to pass .
I believe you must have equally challenging climbs in the States, but possibly none has uploaded his own equally "dangerous" video yet...

I'm looking forward to seeing it soon,

Theo

I didn't read the thread, but that is one of the most boring videos I've seen posted!

Watching it on your pc's screen it could be boring for someone. However, such a climb to the highest pass of Europe (2800m) behind the wheel of an Elise, or watching an Elise on the mirror of your F430, must be a fun!

Jack, was that you wearing Corts helmet doing all that fancy driving? The word on the street is Richard let him by so he wouldn't feel humiliated.

I appreciate what you're saying Theo, though dangerous is dangerous, regardless of the road dimensions that are considered normal for a particular area. Cars don't stop better and drivers don't react better just because the road is narrower. And no offense, but please don't assume that everyone here is American, and don't have experience on the roads of which you speak.

Randy, any luck finding that video of the Liz at Spring Mountain? I'd still very much like to see it.
