I have one that is viewable in Pro/E.

I have it in STEP format as well as JT (and .max).

I won't be back in the office till next Monday so I can't get it till then... sorry.

I mostly use the JT one (JT2Go - A New Level of Customer-Supplier Collaboration) as it's the easiest to manipulate and play with. It's not dimensionally accurate as I think an artist originally mocked it up. It still looks good

Can I get a copy of that. Any version would be fine, even Pro/E.
Thanks!

I could use a dxf format file as well. I'm working on a showroom and could really use it.

I bought this model from 3Dcafe.... Pretty nice and fairly lightweight and easily manipulated. Really helped me figure out my new paint scheme.

has anyone taken one of these 3D models and used it to create Garmin vehicle icons yet. Seems like that would be cool.

I would very much be interested in a CAD model of an Exige/Elise. My teacher and I are looking for models to import to our 3D ZPrinter to make sculptures out of. It takes a model and prints it in a powder to create 3D models of anything we tell it to so long as it fits in an 8x8x11 box which I can scale so it doesnt matter. Just looking for something new to test our new "toy".

Hypothetically speaking, if one had an IGES file of an Elise and wanted to share it with others, but was concerned about potential legal liability when doing so, what would be a good way to go about sharing it? Assume the file is too large to email, 15MB or so. How could one distribute it to others, without leaving a trail pointing back to the originator?

Hypothetically, one would zip the file up with a password, and then uploaded it to the FREE Swiss host, Rapidshare. The completely anonymous link could then be provided.
