How about one that feeds two three-inch hoses?
Here's one with an optional transition piece that can be cut to fit a two- or four-inch hose: Aircraft Spruce: Large NACA Scoop But note that the inlet is gigantic.

why not use the NACA duct on the car to direct cool air into the engine bay (to help cool) instead of using it to feed air to the IC. You can still mount it behind the driver (gas cap area) so that the air coming out of the duct hits the inlet pipe to the IC. Just a thought...
