Fix-a-Flat saved me twice, both times at night in the dark.

I keep TWO cans in my car at all times now.

Works great...

That looks like the type of plugs used on my motorcycle. It holds up to 160 mph quite well.

+1 I have the can that came with and a very large extra can wrapped in a towel. The compressor/patch idea would be a good idea for a road trip through the desert or such. Can't see fumbling with a compressor, patch at night in a pouring rain scenario being a good idea.... Fix a flat you could probably use purely by feel in the dark.

160mph? Must have been a helluva headwind!

I have a patched rear tire and have tracked my car several times with no issues. At first I was worried but all seems to be good. Tire only had 2/k on it when patched so I wasn’t about to spend the extra $ on a new tire. If you get a proper patch I wouldn’t worry about tracking it.

If your not tracking it....plug it. Takes all of about 5 minutes.

Old joke:

An engineer and salesman duo were blown off of the top of the Empire State Building. Engineer whips out his slide rule (told you it was old!), does some quick calculations, and informs the salesman, "this doesn't look good..."

Salesman interrupts, "what are you talking about? ....ride's great, so far!"

W.C. Fields, as he's falling off a mountaintop : "Its only the last foot that's dangerous."

In what movie was that? Another clue: he flees from Mrs. Hemoglobin but then, on finding that she's a wealthy widow, woos her instead of her daughter.
