Yes! That was me. I live about a half mile from there. Willy B and his silver Elise are in the neighborhood next to the Ingles.

A friend of mine who does freelance work for CMT has seen the red Elise out in their parking lot. I saw it westbound on West End right at I-440 about 3 weeks ago. I've met the Vandy ER doctor who says he owns a metallic green Elise. I also know a high school guidance counselor who says a senior at his school just got a silver Elise. That makes 4 in the Nashville area.

We went to Atlanta for Christmas and had hoped to have an "in the wild" sighting but sadly our little Elise still hasn't been around her own kind. We're in NC where they are just now being sold by an in-state dealer... But we do have a friend in Chapel Hill that has seen 2 in that area... One of these days...

I have owned an 05 racing green elise since september. I have only seen one titanium and one chrome orange since I made my purchase. First time I saw one coming right at me, I wasn't sure what kind of car it was, even though I was riding in one myself. Looked unbelievably fast and exotic in motion.

Since this is the official spotting thread: 12/28/05: Saw a Graphite Elise on I-90 E, near Thorp, WA. And I saw another Saffron near the Tacoma Dome, on I-90 E as well. Both cloth tops I believe. Two in 1 day is pretty good for me, considering the total I've seen in WA since the release is up to 5, not including everyone at Park Place(Lotus day), and the cars for sale currently.

Friday afternoon, 12/30, liquor store* parking lot in Crown Hill, Seattle. Dark green with soft top. Chatted with the owner (Erik?) and tried to get him to sign up here at the forum, but apparently that hasn't happened. That's only the second Elise I've seen in the wild, and the first other owner I've talked to in person!

I'm possibly going to rent out the spot the mini used to park in. I would have rented one of the other spots but I can't clear the driveway. The manager is going to talk to the mini owner about switching spots. Anyway, beautiful car! CO is my favorite color but I'm afraid of driving such an attention getting color daily.

He used to live down the street from me. I never met him, but my wife did and got me his email address. Couldn't get him to come here or join up with the ELCC.

saw one last Wednesday or Thursday around 5pm traveling on 101 South from Camarillo to Thousand Oaks (She kept driving as I got off on Westlake). Yellow, hardtop, sport pack. Woman was driving no passengers with a South Bay Lotus plate frame. This is the first time that I've seen one for more than 3 seconds.

I was the grayish blue Merc chillin' in the fast lane and #2.
