They must sell a lot of lube to you California guys as you all seem to be taking it in the ass.

Oil change with full synthetics here for the C class is $89 at the local Mercedes dealer.

Call them yourself if you want to (904) 777-5900.

The $75 I pay at the Chevy dealer is for Mobile 1.

Yep. just like our gas prices and housing prices.

My friend in Alabama sold a home for $400k. It would have gone for over 2x that here.

I should sell everything, move to a low cost state, and retire now! hmmmmm.

More importantly, move to a state that has little to no smog/emissions laws.

Damn, and here I was thinking it was rocket science to change the oil on any car

I can see it now.

You drop off the car at your local Toyota dealer.

3 Hours later you come back and they have the front clam off and they are scratching their heads

Then they say "Where is the engine"

Man, this is an awesome read. I needed a good laugh for this weekend, been a long one. Some of these posts are absolutely hilarious. I guess money doesn't buy intelligence. Oh well, if $200 buys you piece of mind, then that's your choice and more power to you, glad I went with my "over-priced" Corvette. Good to see some common sense though.
