Do I spy a TKM BT82 100cc? Perhaps a Rotax Libre 100cc? Man I miss my air cooled 100cc : (

However after putting 600 miles on this one in the rain on Saturday I'm a convert. The car is amazing. You simply don't feel the size when you are driving it. I drove it on some very twisty roads in the rain and the car was outstanding. I took several friends for rides on the same road and they said it was like riding in a WRC car. The pace of the car on narrow twisty roads is unbelieveable. It doesn't have the steering feedback of the Elise but it is effortlessly fast on any type of road. Of course I'm partial since I get paid to work with this car, but it is damn impressive.

Gallardo's are pretty small cars. I remember being suprised at how small they were the first time I saw one after their release.

A lot of Lambo "G" car owners seem to have problems with quality. I don't know if this is true or not but several thou$and at the 15k mark for maintenance?! I've also heard complete engine replacement after a scant 20k miles sometimes. Is this true?!

Co-worker wanted a Lotus, but dealership didn't have the one in stock he wanted, so his friends persuaded him to get a Boxster S. He's a great guy, and I hope he's happy with the Boxster, but I know in part it sucks for him when he sees our cars together. This pic really doesn't convey how much bigger the Boxster looks next to the Elise.

Wow, foosh. We have almost identical garages... except for the Audi, the Cobra, and the lift... and the whole two-car aspect of your garage. Otherwise, pretty much identical. Are those Work wheels on the Elise?

While we're posting, I recently had both cars end up at my office (just had a top-end rebuild done on the MR2 at a shop close to work). This is the first time I've had them next to one another for a size comparison being that I have a 1 car garage (the Toyota stays outside). The MR2 is lowered a little over an inch & is still a good bit taller. A shot from the worst camera phone in the world (Treo 700w):

Sorry it's a crumby cell phone picture, but I didn't have my real camera on me at the time. I saw this spot and couldn't resist parking there.
