Troubles logging in to get the Lotus Service Manual

Hey guys, just wondering has anyone recently bought a 24hr subscription to gain access to the Lotus Workshop/service manual? I have a European version of the manual and have been doing some electrical work so I decided 2 buy the Fed version of the manual. Problem is they didn't accept Canadian paypal accounts so I had my friend pay for me in the US but still I can't access the site. I tried calling the phone number but it says "pager invalid *beep* *beep*".

Are they still around?

...it could be that they somehow block IP addresses originating outside the US - becker does that on their front page by default (for the UK market) and it's really frustrating having to spoof my way around a back door to get any decent model information...

...anyway, check your PM inbox...

If you have a Mac, try using a different browser. When I used Firefox it seemed like there was nothing there, but with Safari it worked fine.

It took much longer for me to get the online access than I expected. After my payment, I could not access the site for about 5 or 6 hours...

I had that problem also. It said it would take five minutes, but after 1/2 hour of waiting and trying, I gave up and went to bed. It worked fine in the morning.
