Valet mode always on
I know how to enable and disable valet mode, but everytime I unlock my car and take off it always cuts out at 6000 rpm and red light flashes in cluster. I have to pull over and arm/disarm and then everything is fine. I checked it today in driveway and cannot rev over 6000 even after arm/disarm 5 times and even after enable/disable valet mode. Is my system faulty? Will a battery reset be helpful?

There is a 6000rpm limit imposed until the engine warms to normal operating temperature.
