What is the funniest/most stupid comment you ever got? [Part 3]

Some kid in a beat up pos 90's Lexus GS300 with gold rims followed me to my garage and asked me if he could check out the car since he was thinking about picking one up. I took one look at his bling bling necklace, huge ugly "designer" sunglasses and said sorry I had to go. He then told me his friend told him I had 2 of them (I park my Miata in the garage with the Lotus), total idiot.

That's called "casing the joint."

today...guy in a mini john cooper works today wanted to race me from a light. He had a girl in the car and i guess he wanted to show off. He had the car hooked up a little bit....so we will say he had about 210 horses. I was in my dd (99 prelude sh)...i have done some stuff to this and considering its old we will say about 205 horses.

Me since i enjoy these kinda stuff...revs to let him know we'r on. Light turns green and we'r both off. I took off at 5000rpm..wheel spin and all that..and so did he. He thought i'd be a easy win..ehh i dont think so. We'r both on 2nd...and i'm looking at his girl and smiling (yes..i'm that much of an ass). I hit 3rd and he blows his engine. He went from redline 2nd to 1st gear.

I stop and go over to see whats up...and his motor is done. I told him good race with a big grin on my face and left.

New security guard at my work entrance today: "Whoa, that thing is TINY."

Me: "Thanks?"

Him: "I bet it gets awesome mileage huh."

Me: "Yeah... about 30 mpg if I baby it"

Him: "That's it? How much does it weigh? Like 800 lbs?"

Me: " ... no just under 2000 lbs"

Him: "WTF? Is it made of lead or something?"

Me: "Hey, I think we're holding up the line... have a good day" *drives through gate*

JCW R56 Mini with some mods can make good power, easily enough to beat a Prelude SH. With basic boltons and reflash they make 200 whp, 230 wtq.

I walked into the garage and grabbed a 3 iron before I came out taking some practice swings right by his car before he drove off. I think he got the point to get lost.

considering he lost his car...i didnt want to take the girl. Plus it was fun for me to leave them both stranded on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck.

yea its a really nice DD. With a few not so expensive mods it can be a quick little (big) car.

^ yea i know this....no matter what mods you got on the car you still gotta know how to drive the car. Shifting from 2nd to 1st while redlining isnt a good way to drive.

I had my Elise in a car show today and overheard a teenage girl exclaim, "wow mom, I heard that car costs like $160k!" A few others were also throwing around numbers of $100k. If they only knew!

waiting for my little sister-in-law in front of her high school.

Kid walks up to car while I'm on the phone.
"Sir, I just want to shake your hand. You have the coolest car I have ever seen!"

I say thanks shake his hand, laugh and continue my conversation.

ok at Target parking lot today

guy&wife w/ kid in stroller

ask me if it was my car i said yes and proceeded to load the "trunk" with a few home cleaning products

guy and wife: wow is that the trunk

me: yes

guy and wife: i guess with a car like this, you cant afford to shop anyway (since the trunk was so small)

me: just said yea, you're probably right

then they kept praising how cool the car was etc etc

i guess people really think these cars are super expensive LOL
