I know they are great cars! But what turns you off on our elise/exige? For me its the "size".

That I can't drive it every day. I have never loved a car more than my Elise...and after 28 cars that's saying a lot.

This; I love the damn thing, and can understand that a "stiff" car is going to have noises, but it's always annoying when a new noise that you've never heard suddenly appears when you're driving one day and doesn't go away.

What turns me off is other owners who - despite owning a car and living lives that would make 99% of people alive today, and 99.9% of the people who have ever lived, jealous - look for reasons to complain instead of counting their blessings.

exige is awesome car.. if i would have opted to give mine 300+hp i would have never have needed another car.. it's a perfect car, just needs more power to keep me from buying supercars.

the alarm system. The first few weeks I had it I had the battery die, and the immobilizer was setting the alarm off constantly, didn't have a clue how to reprogram it, and it was an act of god I ever fixed it. And then just the other day I had my key fob get out of sync. I get pretty irate about those things, other than that its the best vehicle I've ever owned

I'd just like a way to keep the battery from depleting after a few weeks of leaving the car without being started (one that doesn't require a nearby outlet).

the fact i probably need to drop the pulley size on the REV400 TVS sc in order to push it up to 375 hp.

Sitff ride and squeaky noises at low speeds when going over bumpy roads. Also, damn electrical work! Other than that its FUN to drive and gets soooo much attention even though mine is 7 (almost 8 yrs old)!
