What's the size of the washer and bolt for the service panel?

My car is missing two washers and one bolt, so going to buy the washers. Anyone know the size of the washer and the bolt? I could've just taken out the sample from my car, but I don't want to have the service panel dangling as out of 6 on the side, there are only 4 now.

Thanks.

Yeah, but I don't think that's the relevant pic (and doesn't answer his question, even if one of them were correct). Check out the following. I think he may be looking for these (6, 7) in the illustration for the undertray and diffuser, described as
6. Screw, M5 x 16, hex. hd.; and, 7. Washer, flat, M5 x 25 x 1.4:

And gameson, if I'm guessing right about which ones you need, you can safely go without a couple of them, (one each side) for brief, gentle driving. Like to/from the hardware store. Just be certain that the front of the undertray is tucked into the slot properly and have the forward and rearward screws/washers in place on each side, vis:

Should be able to find those easily at a Napa or similar store... They are used all over the place on most cars nowadays, especially on bumper mounts and on inner fender liners. You could also just replace them with dzus fasteners as it makes removing these panels much much faster.
