Where did you have your oil line recall done?
Where did you have your oil line recall done? How was their service?
Did they remove the front clam? What other things did you have done while the front clam was off? |

BOE - Kansas City. They installed a new SETRAB cooler and lines in the rear of the car, disconnected the oem lines, but left the old lines & the old oem coolers installed in the car for me to pull , or not, at my lesiure. Very Happy.
Technically, only a self imposed recall.

I thought this was a different enough topic to make it a separate thread.
I'm really trying to figure out the best place to take my car for service in the Northeast but I'm interested in what others have experienced. |

i think so - absolutely. BTW - Today i received a letter from Lotus, before I opened it I was sure it was oil line related, but it turned out to be an ECU service bulletin - looks like the VIN can dissapear from the ECU under certain conditions....sorry to go off topic.

Turns out there is a thread on that too.
![]() I'm sure there are lots of people curious about how well the service is for these recalls. Actual dealer performed recalls. I'm not in a hurry. I'm letting the techs learn on everyone else's car first.
