Australia knows what's up and it's full of intelligent people, that's why there are a sh*tload of Lotus cars there.

Holmzie, I don't think most people know what those cars are. They are after all, quite uniquely common to ANZ.

Bob - Thanks for lining it all up!

Great night and lovely crowd.
Thoroughly enjoyed your visit...and I know the LoCo crowd did as well. Awfully glad you could stop in -- and hope we'll see you again...and again and...

It was nice to meet you and talk Lotus over dinner! Safe travels and someday I'll be able to call on you in AUS.

Well I am not so sure...
I went to MoTeC in Huntington Beach, and a guy rocked up in what I think is called a GTO in the US.
I noticed the Holden front grill and the Monaro badges... Nice!
He said it was a relatively common mod amongst the GTO (?) crowd.

Everyone knows what a ford is don't they?
(I have people all the time saying that they own Lotus)

Aren't they the 2004-5 Exige wheels (that were substituted for the forged LSS wheels on U.S. Eilses when LSS wheels were in short supply)?

aren't they really popular in Australia? After all, you guys have the V8 Supercars racing series. Which they used to show here in the States.

I wish I would of posted earlier. Regardless though I had a blast in Oz and can't wait to return for another visit. I will be back for sure seeing how I have family living there now! I'm actually considering going after a work visa over there until the US economy picks back up in my field of work. Thanks for posting the pics!
