Able to re-use stock oil coolers?
One of my winter projects was replacing the oil line fittings so I pulled the front clam and decided to replace all lines w/-10AN lines and fittings. I was hoping to keep the stock coolers, and I got 3/4 fittings off off but the fourth ended up stripping the male BSP port on the drivers side cooler. Anyone able to re-use them or is this pretty common? Ended up purchasing two new coolers which stinks.
No one has found a suitable true -10AN cooler with the awkward connection configuration of the stockers, correct? |

Stripping or breaking the fittings seems to be a common problem. FYI - Robert Konick (British Racing Group) has a pair in stock as of right now.
