Amazing Find

A guy in Portugal buys a farm. On said farm is a very big shed. Shed doors have been welded shut for 15 years. New owner cuts open doors and makes an amazing discovery:
Portugese Car Forum Thread

If anyone here can read Portugese and can follow the thread, please translate.

From what I can work out there are about 180 cars including at least 4 Lotus (3 Elans and a 7), a couple of Porsche 356s, open-wheel racecars and a lot of different Euro and yank cars with nothing apparently newer than mid-70s (Nissan 260Z).

Was the original owner some kind of collector, nutter or crook? If the cars are all legit, that is some kind of Aladin's cave to stumble upon.

Wow! He really hit the jackpot on that one. Just one genuine Porsche 356 could make you rich...

The stry is that the cars date from 1900 to 1979. The barn belonged to a doctor, but no more details are given. I saw the pictures but they look like the vehicles are in a showroom of sorts. I did not see pictures of the barn where the cars were found. Now, how do you fit 180 cars in one place. The story is nice but fishy.
