Anyone else like to workout?

This evening I worked out my fingertips, left hamstring and calves. Then when I got home I drank 40 egg whites and punched my kid in the face.

Needless to say, I love life.

I workout every weekday for at least 30 minutes. No cardio. I've been hooked on it for 5/6 years on it so far.

I was slacking for a while, but.... When your last spring break you will ever have in your entire life is about to happen... I am back on the wagon. Gotta get cut for the ladieees. You know... for when I am on the beach and not standing near my car - harnessing its evil prowess as a bon-e-fied chick magnet.

On a side note, I was doing some long needed landscaping today. Basically just digging up a little bit a dirt on my driveway to lay down some stones for pavement and found a used syringe with the needle still on it. What sucks is when they built my house it seems they used fill dirt that was mixed in with trash. I'm always digging up all kinds of trash like smashed milk cartons, beer cans, old newspapers, etc. so I'm not sure if the syringe came with the fill dirt a year ago or if someone threw it out their window as they drove past my house. My neighborhood isn't the greatest place, there are always cars peeling out at 2am, suspicious people with old worn out shoes walking around all day long (they walk past my house like 6 times a day, then walk to the gas station, then back through my street), and one night I was awakened to what sounded like a knife fight outside my window. Even when I was digging on my driveway one of the wandering crackheads came over seemingly concerned and asked me what I was digging up. Then this one time as I was about to leave my house some random bum rode up to me on a bicycle and asked if he could live with me. He then proceeded to tell me how he was living with some mexican family in an apartment up the road and that too many of them live in the apartment and he never gets to use the bathroom when he wants.

I have to hide my Lotus because I'm sure once my neighbors find out I have it they will steal it. Anyway, back on topic.

i enjoy taking out my road bike whenever i can, sprinting in traffic, and working on my hill-climb ability. i also recently started attending a tai chi class.
